If you’re considering selling, or if in the past you were considering but didn’t really get around to it. Well, there’s never been a better time to be a seller because in the current market conditions, lack of inventory and high buyer demand, you’ve got all of the leverage.
What that means is that you’ve got the upper hand when it comes to negotiation. According to the National Association of Realtors, across the country agents are reporting an average of 3.7 offers on their properties. But keep in mind, that’s just an average.
We’ve seen homes get 25 plus offers and over a hundred grand above list price when it was arguably overpriced to begin with. This market is absolutely insane.
